I reckon Louis rant about Wagner sprung from Wagner not being very nice to Harry. It was obvious from the exteregator thing that the contestants dont like Wagner. Harrys impression of him was "I was a man before you were born little boy" which kind of implies Wagner has been a bit of an ass to Harry. Louis wouldnt put up with that!
