Rage against the Machine- Killing in the name of....
NO I was not one of the sheep that brought it just to beat XF because I didn't actually buy it. I am a rock music fan so was generally happy after 4 years of awful RNB,Pop and Dance music clogging the top 10 it was a generally happy moment for me to see them be Xmas Number 1. |

Probably Mad World. I love this version of the song. Tears For Fears version, although I like some of their stuff, is not as good.
I do like Killing In The Name Of, but that's more about it being a song heavily played when I used to go to rock clubs. |

Out of that lame list it would have to be Girls Aloud even though the song isn't xmassy in the slightest.
The 90s had much better xmas #1s that actually felt xmassy |
