Is there a way to fix this ditsy SeeTickets error?
In short, I put my dads email address (the booking was done through his card because it was for him, my mum and their friends) as .co.uk when it's supposed to be .com
I've tried ringing Seetickets but I can never actually get a human to respond. Does anyone have any advice? |

I recently realised I did this too. I'd also like the answer!

The good news for me is the alternative "co.uk" account was available so I signed up to it, but if I try to get the confirmation email resent to me it doesn't send, I get a blank screen with the words "REFERENCE NUMBER RETRIEVAL", and no email...

I'm going to have to ring them. To contact them through the site, you need to provide your reference number which is what I don't have as I made a mistake inputting my e-mail address.
I can get a reference number sent to my 'e-mail' if I provide the site with my postcode and last 4 digits of the card I used. Hopefully someone on the phone will be able to change my e-mail address on the system with those details or else I don't see how I'm going to get one! EDIT: Scrap that, the site now provides me a reference of all my current orders with my postcode and card digits. Problem solved. The site never used to do that before - just constantly send e-mails to the address that wasn't mine. At least I can ring them up with my reference now and they can change my e-mail that way. |
