I'm voting for the second time this series (I voted for Jimi and Flavia's Charleston previously.) I'm voting for Kara because I thought she was sensational!

She consistently the best dancer in the competition but gets pick up on the slightest thing. Scott and Matt get 8 and 9's for completing the dance. Scott gets 10 when he loses timing and obvious mistakes.

I'm hoping this means Kara will get the support of the public and beat the pair of them.
That would be brilliant if that happened she so deserves it , but don't suppose she will beat the mighty vote of the male admirers !! I am willing her on all the way, would be great if she could beat them !!! GO KARA

I think the thing with the male admirers this year is that theres three men to admire, and unless they vote for all three there may be a split vote and an upset somewhere along the line.

Kara deserved to be in top place tonight, whatever the scores. I don't think she needs my vote tonight, so I will save it for a night when she does - hopefully the semi or final.

I think Kara is a in a good place if the public keeps voting her through so we can see her dance again. Kara and Artem are an exciting couple to watch on the dance floor. They have a lot more to offer. I can only think of what her jive and samba are going to look like. if the public will keep voting her through.

Kara will suffer the same fate as Rachael Stevens. Nice enough, a good technical dancer and loved by the judges, but ultimately too bland to captivate the majority of the voting public and win.
I do not see Kara as bland myself she is the only one I really look forward to watching every week she IMO is a very exciting dancer not just in technical ability but also with stamping her personality on the dance she is doing. I do hope the GBP get behind her she so deserves it.

Another vote for Kara here It's the first time I've voted since SCD6 but I couldn't sit back and do nothing after she'd impressed me for two weeks running

It's not easy to captivate the general public when she complains that having a busy week is doing a few interviews and going on a tv show. Life is just too hard, poor dear, maybe she shouldn't have to do anything but train?

Agree that she is an amazing dancer but she needs to maybe work on the personality side of things too.
Thats a bit harsh. did'nt you see the reason why she was doing the interviews in the first place, not to get extras votes but to raise awareness for her documentary on dyslexia, which IMOshe did a excellent job !!

I'm glad she's not being overscored - I think Scott is though
I thought her dance was a 9 and his was an 8 (all the others were 7 and below)

I didn't watch the documentary but heard about it.

But the boys (Matt and Scott) fit in plenty of other jobs around the media round and the training.

It just comes across a bit trite for her to be saying her week was busy with doing some interviews when Matt did countryfile and one show on top of training. Scott still films for eastenders that show daily too.

Didn't mean for it to sound so harsh, just that it wasn't the best comment to have made

Go Kara ,
Well I chucked one in for you earlier after your appeal on the Kara 'dyslexia' thread yesterday.

Judging by the response on here I'd say Kara's copped for a fair few extra votes tonight! All grist to the mill!

Whether that was a 'proper' AT or not I have no idea - whatever it was, I find Kara rivetting to watch. Fingers crossed for her.

Probably not the best comment but I don't think she was trying to make people feel sorry for her because of that !!!

I thought Kara should have got 4 10s myself......
I am far from generous with marks, like Jan.

I gave Kara four 10's with both hands, offering a voluntary standing ovation from home. A true performance inspires respect and affection -- evident from all the pro dancers in the Tessylum immediately after the dance. Artem applauded her, giving merit where merit was due.

She's pretty damned fab, isn't she?

Kara is consistently good, she reminds me so much of Alesha and her relationship with Artem has the same warm as Alesha's and Mathews' did.

She's good, better than scott for sure. Scott is the judges favourite and seems to be getting the Tom Chambers treatment.
However, her AT was good, but not a patch on Rachels and Vincents

I thought that about Jimi last week! This is the first week I have voted, I'd be totally gutted if Kara was voted out so I'm taking no chances!
