I think he'd had enough.I don't think they ever got on particularly well and she really couldn't get it this week.Brendan never said a word either to the judges or to Tess and I think he was resigned and would not be displeased were they to be voted out.Michelle won't be greatly missed

I'll look out for the look of disapointment on his face if they get through to next week!

We watched the show on tape this morning as we were out last night. He rolled her at the end and then shoved her really hard once again. It looked really spiteful to me. She was clearly upset by the way she was standing with her hands on her hips so he couldn't put his arm round her. I suspect he can't stand the woman. She is frightful, like a hyperactive toddler.

I started thinking she was ok, apart from when she opens her mouth, but of course she also sticks her bottom lip out and pouts, and flutters her eyelashes. How old is she? She must be at least 30! Doesnt do much for what I think of Americans, though I know some lovely ones.

I also think Brendan rolled her over once too often deliberately.

I absolutely adore Brendan but if I was shoving her she would still be rolling!

Voted for them every week but still haven't grown to like her - she is not to bad if her mouth is closed!

I think there was a definite 'unscripted' push from Brendan at the end. He looked like he had a playful smile on his face, but she certainly didn't seem to interpret it as playful, based on her scowl! I don't think it's fair to assume Michelle was being petulant. If they weren't on the same wavelength at that moment, then they're going to have different ideas of what's funny and what's mean. Not a big fan of Michelle's but I'd certainly feel and act defensive too if I felt hurt or put down in front of millions of viewers

I am sure they will talk about it, they do actually get on well. I also got the impression Brendan meant the push as a bit of fun, he was smiling when he did it.
It must have also been difficult for Michelle last week when Jimi left and everyone was so horrified - the judges, the other dancers, the studio audience - it can't have done anything for her self-confidence to know that everyone thought she should have gone instead of Jimi. That could have affected her this week, not Brendan - she was full of praise for him last week and they have fun together. They were on the radio together on Friday and seemed fine, she was joking about singing a duet with him..

What Brendan said about Michelle in an interview last week, it seems pretty positive to me:
'......Speaking on Lorraine about their struggles on the reality programme, the New Zealand-born pro dancer said: "Michelle's not in Coronation Street, EastEnders, or in people's living rooms every week.

"She's from America, so we don't have a massive fanbase I suppose between the pair of us. The dancing has not been brilliant, it's not been where it probably should be. Our days our numbered I feel. It's a horrible thing to be because I'm competitive until the end. But at the same time you sort of know your position, you know your place."

He also confessed that Williams had struggled to let her real personality shine through on the show. "It's a shame, I'd love it if Michelle could open up a little bit," he said. "I think she's had 10 years of being in this massive group, and the real girl behind the scenes - she's amazing, she's fantastic......"
