It pains me to say it but although Pamela and James were good last night, I don't think they've equalled the quality of their rumba ...

Matt is great in so many ways, but I still don't think he's quite found his signature dance yet.

And although Scott was very good last night, Kara, for the third week in a row, completely blew me away.

So I guess I'm saying Kara and Artem!

I'm being objective rather than just voting for my favourites every week.

So this week my vote goes to Kara & Artem - they were in a different league to everyone else last night and should have been top of the leaderboard by some margin.

I'm stuck between Matt & Aliona and Kara & Artem as my overal favourirtes but as I prefer the Argentine Tango I'll go with Kara this week.

I don't chop and change with favourites every week my favs are Matt & Aliona and will be for as long as they stay in the competition.

This week my favourites were:

1. Kara and Artem. I don't understand it. How is she so good?! Mind-boggling, just mind-boggling.
2. Scott and Natalie. BRILLIANT use of props, fantastic attitude, excellent execution.
3. Patsy and Robin. I love Patsy, another fab routine, I think she and Robin danced absolutely beautifully together - and I didn't know Robin could look so elegant!
4. Gavin and Katya - you have to give it to Gavin; that, for him, was superhuman! I wanted him out at the start, but I'm increasingly glad he's stayed
5. Pamela and James. Not quite so keen on their propography, but I'm always amazed at her control, she's a master of balancing technique and spirit.
6. Matt and Aliona. Should have been looking at Matt, but I couldn't stop looking at Aliona, sorry!
7. Michelle and Brendan. I still love Michelle as a person but as a dancer, she's had her share of chances and she's not improving. I think her time to go is getting closer and closer
8. Felicity and Vincent. I think Felicity's gone as far as she can go. Vincent looks like he's having to pretend to be enjoying himself, which doesn't make for enjoyable viewing..
9. Ann and Anton. Utterly pointless.

I do have a soft spot for Matt and Aliona as well so I would be happy if they came second.

As ever, Pamela and James I get such a buzz out of watching their VTs and dances.

Loved, loved Kara this week...should have been four tens imo.
