when you think she is only 3 months older than nigella lawson.

if that is what eating hemp and seeds does, i would rather eat nigella's buttery, sweet and gorgeous food.

She is 51 in January. gillian was 51 in September. so they would have been in the same year at school.

I've seen her in the flesh and she has awful, crepey skin for her age.

She is hideous. when i saw her eating her meal and the flesh was kind of hanging off the bones on her arms and her eyes sunken i thought she is a bit 'mutton dressed as lamb' in her 70's and trying to dress a lot younger, but you can age her by her arms.

i wouldn't have been shocked if she was 70. i would have thought, well she doesn't look too bad, must be the healthy diet. but to look worse than your average 51 year old.....unbelievable.

what has she been doing to herself.....she must have had a hard life.

Never mind connecting with her food....she needs to connect with some moisturiser!!!!

You are eat you eat...I assume she has been on a strict diet of old turtles, very sour lemons, dry leaves, leather and hysteria!

Given she's a fraud, I doubt she has any idea about actual nutrition.

If that's what eating healthily does for you then I'm sticking to my diet of meat pies and chips.

Sounds very ageist to me, and I have more time for older peoples views, people who have lived than young people who often don't know their born!

Wow - just wow! Talk about missing the point.

Don't know about you, but if someone dispensing health advice looks like a wreck themselves, I'm unlikely to heed it. Nothing to do with age - more overall health and general appearance. If she was 70, I'd say she looked ok; but for 51 she looks scary - end of.
