Humans are omivores. In the hundreds of millions of years of evolution, our species has never been completely herbivorous. the fact that B12 (only found in animal bodies) is a vitamin for humans is just one of the many things that clearly demonstrates that a vegan diet is not healthy.
Listening to a vegan's opinions on nutrition is like listening to a creationist's opinions on geology.”
Not that I'm claiming she knows what she's talking about when it comes to nutrition (she doesn't), but her multi-million pound business is selling vitamin supplements. I'm sure she can get her hands on vitamin B12.

It's not. She doesn't have a clue what she's talking about. She says you should eat chlorophyll because it oxygenates your blood via photosynthesis. As the name implies, photosynthesis is synthesising organic materials from sunlight. If there's any sunlight inside your intestines, then you've got a problem.
She claims that you should eat seeds because a seed contains as much energy as a fully-grown plant. This means that there is as much energy in an acorn as there is in the largest oak tree. If you ate an entire oak tree it would have the same calorific content as eating just one acorn. Apparently all the photosynthesis the tree does doesn't actually synthesise anything and the tree gets larger by magic.
I could go on. She doesn't know anything about nutrition. She has a degree in marketing and international business, and a Masters in international relations. All her other "qualifications" are from non-accredited universities or institutions and can be bought over the internet for around £30 each. She's a businesswoman in the business of selling nutritional supplements. The fact that the best nutritional advice you can get is "eat a wide variety of foods, eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, eat and drink alcohol and fatty foods in moderation" doesn't help shift units.
