o2 Online Orders
I have recently (today 12th) placed an order on o2's online shop (ordering new phone with an online tariff), after having trouble with the order copleteing, i finally got my order through. but then i was emailed to send proof of ID & residency.
Has anyone ordered from o2's online shop, and if you have is this normal? How long does an order normally take to be processed? And, how quickly should I expect my phone? |

o2’s decision to give you a send you a phone that costs a few hundred pounds, before charging you anything can depend on:
Your credit rating (if low you will have to pay an advance) And Your presence on the electoral role (if not you need to prove your address) |

I ordered my phone through O2 last year. As I'm blacklisted I had to put it in my wife's name and it went through no problem. As stated by others in the thread you have either a low credit score or your not on the electoral role or it could be a combination of the two.
