I mean she could have been a total diva.

Absurdly gorgeous when young, linked romantically with a string of famous men, feted by the media for decades, wealthy, pampered - she could have been monumentally spoilt and demanding. But in fact she seems pleasant and grounded so far, saying mildly that she feels 'grubby' without a bath, dealing tolerantly with the ludicrous McKeith, encouraging the others, making positive comments about the punishment food...many lesser stars have behaved worse.

Yeah I wasn't expecting her to be so grounded. She's taking it all in her stride and is somehow managing not to let things get to her..... yet! lol. I like her, she's not a whinge bag.

Couldn't agree more. She's cool, calm and non diva like. Quite a revelation seeing as she has been a huge star and has lived the hollywood lifestyle most of her life. She also shows common sense and kindness. Such a surprise.

Yup... I'm liking her, I was expecting her to be all wet and whingy... but nope... good old stick she seems

I like her but after watching her interview yesterday in the bush telegraph - She looks like she might quit. I can see her walking if Gillian keeps failing the trials.

The power of the editing on the main show. She looked and sounded really down in her interview yesterday.

I loved how she helped & encouraged the others through the tunnel when they were making their way into camp. She seems a nice lady.

Yes she is turning out to be great and a good sport , as well as getting on with it.

Brilliant sport and the most sensible...I fear though if they don't join with the guys soon the personalities around her will send her over the edge and she'll want to leave.

I like her too. Non-whiny and sensible.

I do wonder though if the others will get fed up of her being slighty girl-guide-ish. She may seem a bit bossy. Personally I'd rather that then totally useless though.

I really like her- my favourite so far.

I want her to do well, which is why I want Gillian out as soon as possible.

She has really surprised me, taken it all in her stride, helped the youngsters and mothered silly Gilly, a true leader.

No pompous diva stuff either,so refreshing. Some Housemates I have seen in the not too distant past could take a leaf out of her book

She's great, almost 70 and the first one to go through the hole to the camp - and did you see her carrying Gillian's bag into camp for her? Not good, McKeith.

Britt = Ivana Trump 2.0

Which is why she's one of my favourites. As long as she provides crazy dancing

she had a body double in Wicker Man.. but you cant take it away from the woman.. she was lovely. maybe she would have acted up the diva twenty years ago in there.. who knows.. but she seems nice enough now and think she ll do well..

Absolutely agree - I've been really surprised & impressed by how she's been. She seems to take everything in her stride.
McKeith was having a bitch about her last night in the bush telegraph.....Kayla to her credit wasn't having any of it.

True Britt! I also thought she'd be some fame desperate old diva clinging to her 60s career but what's really impressed me is her quiet authority, leadership qualities, her helping hand, her take it in her stride no fuss attitude and also her empathy - understanding where the others are coming from and while analysing them not criticising them - although it's clear she's TOTALLY unimpressed by Gillian.

Loved her comment about the difference between the new Gillian tick and the harmless Swedish tick LOL.

She kind of reminds me of Stephanie Beecham in BB , very elegant and grounded. what a wonderful personality ,
