That is because of Scott's workload,yeah everyone is working hard,i know that,whether you want to hear it or not,that is the one and only reason for Scott's fall. I like Matt,he is also working hard and he is a natural dancer,but because of Aliona's pressure,he couldn't get good marks.

I think its a terrible shame that Scott and Natalies AS went so disatourously wrong I was looking forward to a spectacular traditional AS

Given that Scott nearly dropped her last night I wouldn't say she was lucky at all, if anything it shows what a professional she is to have carried on. I loved her and Ricky last year and I really don't think she was given enough credit for the amount of travelling she had to do to ensure that they gave us beautiful routines week in and week out. In short, the celebs are the lucky ones, because she is truly a professional who does everything she can to bring out the best in her partners.

I think you are letting your preference for Matt & Aliona blind you to their faults.

It's people like me who bash her. I find her incredibly arrogant, and it does blind me to her talents (I do accept she has talents).

And before you all start yelling about how wonderful and modest she is, I base what I say on things such as her look of disgust when they didn't get all 10s the other week, and the air punch she did last week when they finished their routine................of course that was because she was "lost in the dance", knew she had danced well but hadn't noticed her partner struggling and going wrong!

As I said in my previous post, Scott needs picking up right now and I think that would be a test of her ability. Let's see how she does.

Everyone responds to a heavy workload differently. Some people need sleep, and some people don't. I could never keep up with a lot of my friends who could stay out all night and go to work the next day, for example. I have to sleep. Everybody funny, as John Lee Hooker said.

I think she has been rather fortunate. Both series she's been on she's had the most naturally talented male celeb but I'm sure next year it'll be engineered so she gets a duffer.

It's just others having their say, just like you are entitled to yours. Everyone's opinion counts, no matter what that opinion is. You can still hold firmly on to yours whilst respecting that someone else has theirs - doesn't have to be a fight or turn nasty. Your posts seem to turn it into rather a battle and seem sensitive and take it personally if people don't like Matt or Aliona. It's not meant in a bad way, not in my case, anyway - is just opinion.

That is what a public forum is for, to discuss differences of opinion - if everyone thought the same, we'd all be better off with a big glass of wine in front of the fire rather than on here!

Most people have their opinions & can praise & criticise all the contestants.

She is obviously a good motivator but she has always been blessed with very good celebs.
Flavia IMO would have done an even better job with Scott, so would some of the other pro's.

On the TV that may be the case but, in real life she is truly a lovely warm person who made time for everyone who waited at the stage door; and apologised because it was "only" her and not one of the more "popular" dancers. She was genuinely taken aback when people made it clear they were actually waiting to tell her how much they enjoyed her performances on SCD. Seriously, if you get the opportunity to see her on tour and make the effort to try and meet her, I promise you'll see for yourself how lovely she really is.

And that is pretty much my point. If I disagree with other opinions, I will continue to do so with passion, but I ain't looking for a fight

The problem is, you can't just say Natalie has had two of the best dancers therefore she's been lucky, becuase she can only work with what she's been given. Who's to say that if she'd got Jimi, they wouldn't still be in. Or Goldie? She got Scott (not a pre show fave) and will probably get to the fial with him if he can have a few days to recharge his batteries!
