Should some of the rules be changed?

I think it;s very unfair that contestants like Gillian doesn't want to pull their weight for the group..
She is bound to get booted off first, then to spend the next 2 weeks lounging around back at the luxury hotel.

Thinks she should forgo some of her fee for Children in need. At least 90%.

Also put into a minus 1 star accomodation.

Her Daughter has just said on this morning that, her mother has always wanted to visit Australia as she has relatives there

So basically she just wanted a free, all expenses paid trip to Oz?
That woman is worse than any of the parasites in the jungle.

Looking more like it with every passing day. Whats worse is, her daughter who is only 16, clearly thought she was helping her mum out by fighting her corner, but ended up making her look worse. She sounded a really sweet kid, i really felt sorry for her

I didn't see the interview, but like you, I feel sorry for her daughter. Poor kid with a mother like that. What an embarrassment.

Totally agree..That's why we should keep the scheming cow in til the 2nd last night as punishment...No Versace Hotel for her then. And if she walks, the rules should be they are put on the first plane home

Yes, because she obviously wants to get as much publicity in the begining, then she can get out and spend two weeks of luxury staying in a top hotel, visiting relatives and being waited on hand and foot.
As much as I can't stand her, I would rather she stayed in the jungle for as long as possible. The scheming old hag.

That will only happen if people feel there's a worse contestant and there isn't (I might review this statement depending upon the next two that go in).

One would think she was the devil incarnate by the reactions that a lot of people have to her. It's the same as that woman who dumped the cat in the wheely bin. They'll only be happy once she been publicly burnt at the stake. Not that I'd object to that.

Seems as if the producers are getting suspicious now

The same is true on Strictly Come Dancing. In theory, a celeb can go on SCD, dance really badly sort of on purpose to get negative feedback, get voted off in week one, still get paid the full fee!

If you hated the bugs but wanted the cash you could try to get voted out first! Is it cheating? Well, perhaps, but if the rules say all celebs get paid no matter how short or long they stay in the jungle, then you can 'cheat' a bit.

the little bits indervidually are not much, but when you put them all together she is just taking the p**s out of the viewers...

screaming at every last bug... but sleeping like a baby...
a well timed freak out....
in total control pulling top own while supposed to be out cold...
claiming to know nothing about the program... but knowing what the viewers go for...

plus a load of other little bits like wanting to see family in oz etc....

she is as fake as her phd...

I said this on another thread but there should be an elimination camp that contestants have to move to once they've been voted off where they stay until the show has finished! Or they "earn" money for every day they stay in rather than a one off fee.

An all paid trip to Australia all expenses at the Versace for a couple of days of roughing it (whilst non-stop complaining) AND money in the bank seems rather extreme when the majority of contestants are either D listers or unheard of!

I've not been watching much of this but i will now.

I've just seen the you tube vid where you can clearly seeing her pulling down her top to cover herself when they put her on the floor!! WTF!
She has supposedly fainted!

It's not fair on the public, it's like the Xfactor farse

Im all up for this rule:
If one person gets picked for a trial they are immune from the next one,
I like a variety.

Was it just me, or did Skylar (yes, that really is the daughter's name) sound a lot younger than 16. Did smile when asked if they really hadn't watched the programme...they don't even have a TV!!

Plus GM actually said to another contestant that the way she acted made for better TV than peoplpe who did the trials with no complaint and just sailed through, or words to that effect.

Yes, if they had not said her age i would of guessed at 14. The daughter said "i had forgotten what the trials were like" (or words to that effect) which implies more than a little heavily, that even if they don`t own a tv at home, the daughter at least has watched before.
