You Are What You Eat

Given that this is the name of the book and TV series for which Gillian McKeith is best-known, what would you think she eats?

Not a lot if yesterdays trial was to go by. I think she's the only 'celeb' who has refused point blank on every dish. In the past they've at least given it a go, even if they couldn't finish it.

If she's a vegan it's probably against her moral code, so it's not really the case of "give it a go". If you view something as murder, you don't decide to give it a go .

Really though, due to her personality and diet, the show just isn't for her. God knows why she went through with it.

She's one terrible advert for healthy eating, she seems to be bordering on anorexia, plus hysteria.

She is not only an old prune, she is an old prune who likes to take people to court for telling the truth.

Has anyone else got to the point with reading all these posts about McKeith that they have her grating voice in their head and that is all they can here. God I can even hear her now typing this out, drawing the word ooouuuttt, I wish she would nick off out of my head

Brian Reade in the Mirror today:

"And Gillian McKeith; if you truly are what you eat, when did you swallow a whingeing, narcissistic, anaemic ghoul?"

Brilliant.

She could have steak pie, chips and gravy but without the steak pie and gravy.

Well, maybe just a little bit of gravy, I mean it's not very meaty.......

She ate, and apparently enjoyed, the cheese fruit tart. AKA vomit fruit as another poster has pointed out.

I wonder if the tart's pastry was vegan? Probably not, daft old cow. That's if it was presented as a tart, I think it was though.
