I can imagine Gillian sliding to the floor, when she feels the need for some attention, shouting "Oi!, mummy has fainted...look...look I'm unconscious, fetch me some smelling salts and a cup of chamomile tea immediately!"
I can see why the poor girl would be confused, and assume that an unconscious person is capable of all sorts

She's a known liar and would obviously have been told exactly what the show involved, if she didn't already know. The show is all over the press and media every year so even without watching telly you would know what it was about. Lies, lies lies.
