Kindle problem- 'elp!
Yes, I know there is a huge thread but posting this here so my message doesn't get lost.
My Kindle was fine up until 2 days ago when I could read my books and download them through my kindle, then yesterday I could and bought a book through my kindle but today I can't search Kindle store or anything as my kindle browser tries but comes up with: "Your Kindle is unable to connect at this time. Please make sure you are within wireless range and try gain. If the problem persists, please restart your Kindle from the menu in Settings and try again" I've moved all over the house and outside, the bar strength is 4 out of 5. I've gone to settings page but can't find how to restart. It's becoming an on/off problem at the mo, one day its ok, the next it's not. Any help would be great- just how to restart it would be of help. Thanks ![]() Oh, and it's just come back as I type this but for how long??? Help would still be appreciated for the next time and is anyone else having the same prob??

To reset your Kindle slide the on/off switch to the right and hold it there for 20 seconds. The screen will go blank and a tree graphic will appear with a progress bar. When it completes, your Kindle should be back to normal.
Wi-Fi seems to confuse it sometimes. |
