Stuarts 30 DVD doesn't look so silly now does it...
I haven't watched YBF yet. I might catch up on iplayer but lately is their any point? I was watching old series of YBF and used to be much better because it was more analytical about the candidates performance, but now it's all comedy gags and soft-soap treatment. |

Saying 'niggling' to a black person
Quote:
Any other issues, niggling things? ......
That look said it all ..... and there is one major niggling thing. ![]() Has this guy been like this through the whole series?? It sounded a little too deliberate and pointed, and he jus the kind of guy that would try to slip in an insult during a conversation like that. I noticed the programme makers cut straight away to Stella giving him evils too, after that remark. |

I think you're reading way too much into it. I would say "niggling" if something was niggling at me.
I'd never even think that someone might use it because it's close to a racist term. |

On the Skiing idea....
Ok, I can understand what Jamie was trying to do - by going for something 'exotic'. The problem was that it wasn't exotic - it was Milton Keynes. If they had managed to get some stock footage of Skiing on mountains it may have worked more, but why spend £12 on a 3 min DVD of Milton Keynes when for £20 you can get an hour on the main slope there, or even in Hemel Hempsted which is closer to London and has an indoor slope too? |

I thought it was quite a complicated task because of how do you get people in front of the background scene without them overlapping but somehow they did that, and they where not experts at this or did they have expert camera people doing the filming?
Was it Stuart doing the driving in the BMW for their background? Interesting that it was the motorbike backdrop that got sales for Sandeesh's team wasn't it. It was well funny how Stuart knew what Stella was going to be saying about him after he phoned her. She must to do that to most of them for him to have realised that. Stella is looking hotter and hotter with every episode! |

Really, really sad to see Sandeesh go, but it was the right decision. She came oit of it honourably though and got a "with regret" firing.
