How do you work that out? She was sent to Germany specifically to conduct market research but wasn't allowed to feed the results back.
Stella was the one doing everything @rse about face by deciding on the flavours before discussing those results. If timing was the issue, she should have communicated that to Joanna but failed to.Nothing wrong with being passionate about your ideas either. Nor indeed with having some in the first place!
