Does anyone else find it refreshing that we can't vote on this show.

I'm an x factor fan too but the show's fakeness is becoming more apparent and anger-making week by week, to the point where it's a complete farce. The only saving grace is Wagner. What the judges say holds no meaning anymore as they have an agenda. The Andrews Lloyd Webber series' are a little better in this respect, though even in these he often seems to have a chosen one etc who he urges the public to vote for. How fantastic it is to watch a show like the Apprentice, in which we things are as they seem, aside from a bit of editing to make it funnier or whatever. Yes, he has fired all the interesting characters but at least he has more integrity than to just keep them in so they can generate more viewing figures for the show.

All Hail Lord Sugar!!

You've got to wonder how the X factor candidates would do on the apprentice...would you buy a juicy bockwurst off Wagner?

I'd say, thank God they don't. There is an element of real as Sugar does have to employ someone at the end of this, so he's going to ensure he gets the best for him he can. Just like real life in that respect.

That said, in the past Sugar's decisions have normally made sense, but in this series some have made less. Stuff said for the purposes of heighting the drama and fitting the TV companies editing are more glaring. In the past there was an effort to get to the heart of what went wrong. Now it feels more already decided and so very scripted. So getting out the scripted jibes rather than listening. It could be the editing, but I really don't think he's done much more than gone through the motions since series 2. The unbalancing of talent and the hints to the PM who to bring back have got very blatent this series. The team swapping to try and force a losing team started noticably in series 4.
