Who do you have on your wall?
Okay, just a general interest thread...
I've just been printing off some images for my bedroom wall, so far I've got Marina, Paloma, Gaga, Pixie, Pink and The Saturdays. I also have a hugeeee poster of Florence and the Machine (the one of her on the moon) Oh and a small Madonna and Scissor Sisters one too! So, what do DS posters have on their walls? (Music only please) |

I have an entire Paramore wall.
I've branched out onto another wall because the first is full of pictures and posters. It started out as a small collage...and grew ![]()

Sometimes I think 21 is a bit old for posters but my room's quite small, so anything to brighten it up. I have a HUGE double sided Hurts poster. A Florence one which I nicked off the wall at the NME awards
, the Rolling Stone Thom Yorke poster, and then a tonne of Bowie posters.

I'm too old for posters, but I sometimes like artwork from certain acts.
For example, I had a series of frames (small frames, randomly arranged - it looked classy, honest!) with various music... things. I had this from Sigur Rós, this from Bat For Lashes, this from Bjork, this from Skunk Anansie, and this from Goldfrapp. I had about 20 frames altogether, all different sizes. It looked really good. Posters are tacky

It's not a poster but I have a drawing on my bedroom wall which is framed of The Beatles. My Dad drew it so that's one of the reasons why it takes pride of place.
It's like a 2-in-1 really - I love The Beatles and of course I love my Dad to bits. Thankfully he's good at drawing otherwise if he had my artistic skills, it would be cr@p! I'm only good at drawing breath! I've also got another pic on my wall that my Dad has drawn but it's unrelated to music.

I have a large cardboard advert for a Time Out magazine with Morrissey on the front, that I begged for from a newsagent friend, and a Brigitte Bardot film poster. (Not actually on the wall, but leaning against the wall).

All them best posters seem to be sold as merchandise at peoples concerts, so I guess I'll have to wait till I see everyone lol.

Actually i got all 4 of them from HMV. I've never see posters be sold to any of the 3 concerts i've been too.
I'm also surprised that neither Rihanna or Bey have those yearly calendar things. The Saturdays, Cheryl Cole etc do, so why not world wide stars? |
