I've disliked him for many years but he will turn it round mainly because he wants to play the victim,the public love to support a victim and he will have pulled the wool over everyones eyes.

I'm not sure what about a person being irritating, gives a group of people the right to treat him like shit. I hope you don't demonstrate the same deficiency of decency that you've shown here, in real life.

Nigel confirmed my theory that he wants to turn everyone against Lembik by getting straight onto Jenny to slag him off. I'm surprised she was that easily led into focusing her irritation on him. Linford is just a big old stirrer, so I don't read much into his actions. I think he likes Lembik well enough, and will be doing the same to everyone.

Lembik does witter on, and he comes across as a bit odd to the rest of the celebs, but mainly because he has a more extensive vocabulary than them, and is comfortable in his own skin.

They seem to be assuming that Lembik will be very unpopular with the public, but I think they are going to be in for a bit of a shock when the eliminations start and he's still there.

I took an almost instant dislike to him.

I have no knowledge of him prior to seeing him on the show - other than his unusual name and the fact that was seeing a Cheeky Girl - which would normally rank as a plus with me!

It's difficult to pinpoint exactly what he did - it's just his entire demeanour, the things he says, the way he interacts with the others.

He is just very irritating to watch and he strikes me as the type of person that I wouldn't want to spend time any time with.

Well you can bet your life that if he had done anything wrong, it would have been shown.

I spotted Nigel Havers.

He's a celebrity politician,or ex politician should i say.
He thrives on any sort of attention or publicity and was as morally corrupt as many other politicians when the expenses scandal exploded.
With that and his celebrity/young girlfriends,do people really think Lemb is wet behind the ears and doesn't know what he's doing?
As i said he makes my skin crawl.

Ha Ha - a complete tosser if ever there was one

i think hes coming across well, hes getting involved in everything, put everything into the charades task tonight and really pulls his weight in every which way. he makes an effort to talk to people, doesn't get involved in confrontation and lets people have their own opinions. I thinkhe seems like a decent guy. Of course different to other people, but he hasn't annoyed me at all, hes just him. Not nasty or vindictive like some (Nigel - urgh). Plus it was Nigels own fault he fell out of the boat! Nigel is a whinger and doesn't like male company and someone like Lembit who has knowledge of a lot of things and is quite worldly is probably ruining Nigels secret plan of being the only educated male in there. Oh well Nigel!

Lembit was a waste of space as a politician (hence the voters throwing him out at the last election). He is ineffectual therefore sought fame by linking up first with a liked weather girl then a Cheeky Girl. You could say (being cynical) he was chasing cheap publicity.

Those with successful careers forged from their own talent and hard work (e.g. Nigel, Jenni, Dom and to an extent Linford) will no doubt see right through him. In addition, being older they will have more knowledge of Lembit's career.

I don't dislike the chap but I cannot for the life of me understand how he was elected in the first place, every time he has been on TV he comes across as an oaf.

Mine either- he's not playing the victim at all. He's genuinely going out of his way to help, for all the thanks he gets from some of that lot !
