OK, think I've been asleep for past few months and this has totally passed me by

Does this mean it completely replaces BT Vision and that we will need a new box?

Hi there. What don't know alot really although some posters here think they do unfortunately which can mislead.

I'd check out the you view website. BT are a major partner in this. I suspect personally that for the full service you'll need a new box - I have heard that the current boxes will still operate just fine but of course you'll just get BT content via the current service.

I also suspect that any new box that BT may issue will be Freeview HD & Youview compatible which may explain why we don't have a Freeview HD box yet.

Like I said it's all up in the air at the moment so just sit tight and wait for BT and thier partners to inform.

Whatever happens it's going to be great
