Does anyone have a tried and tested recipe for big fluffy pancakes? I fancy making some for my hubby for his breakfast tomorrow

As an American, I use Bisquick and buttermilk. Makes very light and fluffy pancakes. Use an electric griddle too.

I use Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancake Mix. I get a huge bag from Costco, it lasts months and you just add water.
