Yes, he is improving week after week. His Samba had tiny glimpse's of being spot on. But, for the most part it was below par, wooden and lumpy. For the last few weeks now this man has been ridiculously overmarked. Tonight was just 'WTF?!' - two 8's..... I don't know what is going on, but for some reason his marks are being inflated.
