Cheryl "I don't have any construction for Wagner" LOL
On last night's Xtra Factor, she could not articulate her thoughts properly. LOL

She's SO inarticulate, its really laughable. Her sentences are never coherent, she uses words that don't mean what she thinks they mean... she really is totally thick.

Matt on the other hand looked like he'd be just right to undertake a bit of construction.
Edit: Damn you tommygunner! :-P |

Well at least we've finally established that she's not planning to build him a house. Good to get that cleared up once & for all I feel.....

I think she probably did articulate what she was thinking correctly.
See, she's thick as pig poo so probably thought it was a real term in that context. She didn't look embarrassed when she said it. |

I'm starting to think Wagner should now sing 'I'm a lumberjack', or dress as a construction worker singing YMCA, lol.

You'd think with all the money she has raked in with no discernible talent she would invest some in a good pr advisor and some speech lessons.

Exactly. Tweedy is happy to talk rubbish & pick on contestants. But like with the caller on Xtra Factor last night, cannot speak up against someone that is articulate & won't be scared to upset princess Tweedy.

She's probably thrown all her work to Matt; he certainly looked like a builder last night.

I posted exactly the same on another thread.
I couldn't believe my ears when she came out with that little gem last night. Cowell & Co. pretended not to notice though! ![]() Still, they do say "you can't make a silk purse out of a pigs ear". I think that just about sums CC up actually. |

To be fair, I thought Cheryl was very calm and diplomatic with that caller. She even tried to give a proper answer, unlike Louis who was just happy to keep repeating "that's so unfair". Credit where credit's due.

I'm certain all of us utter the incorrect word in a sentence from time to time. That doesn't make us all inarticulate!
Spoken and written english are very different. If Cheryl had the luxury of time and the backspace button like us DSers, I'm sure she would of said the correct word! Blimey you haters are so pernickety... |

Tried but failed. If she was going to give a proper answer, she should have told Louis to shut up.
I'm not Cheryls biggest fan, but that doesn't mean I just slag her off whatever she does, even when she is perfectly reasonable. |
