How much Data does the Sky App use?
Hey.
I have someone new in my household who is now using the Internet. It's VM and as such gets throttled if a lot of data is used. I was wondering how much data a 2 hour long session of a Sky app Sky Sports stream would use? Any ideas ? |

You could try resetting your counter and use the app for half and hour and you'd get a rough idea?

I think it's somewhere in the region of 200Mb/hour. I use it with a MiFi dongle, and seem to use roughly 300-350Mb per football match (I skip half-time, clearly a waste of bandwidth!). So it's comparable to iPlayer or 4OD. Hope this helps.
