odds on Betfair have gone from 5.5 down to 3.5 in the past hour, with over £30,000 coming in on him in the past hour!

Someone somewhere knows something??

No need for a source as you can see it on the website yourself if you want...

It's always around now the 'insiders' come out and place their money... Happened with Nicolo the night he left..

I think he's definate for bottom two. Shame because the boy did good last night.

Looks like the real deal, with all this talk about fake leaks, money talks and over £30k speaks volumes!

Would be a shame if Mary or paije were in the bottom 2 - they were by far and away the best singers last night (not that Cheryl or Simon would ackowledge that).

No big deal,
he was backed for a few quid and the price came in, not unusual happens every day

Im sure some money was from insiders,
but most from your casual punters.

it was hardly a shock for paige to be in the bottom 2 and then pretty inevitable he would go if he was.

I didn't need insiders to predict that so im sure others didn't either.

and another thing to consider is in resent weeks there have been big money for other contestants that have not gone.
The market has to be correct sometimes.
love it how people say it's insiders when they are correct and just stupid punters when there wrong.

The week before Aiden was at 34/1 at one point during the Sunday, then rocketed down to 2.4 or something like that. People clearly do leak it.

yeah of cause there are leaks,

but the market still very often get's it wrong for that very reason.

if not it would simply be a case of backing the favorite every week and everyone would be rich.

What happens on betfair is alot of people just wait for late money to come in for someone ,
they assume because there are leaks that the big money is from people with inside info.

More often than not thoe they get it wrong, they all jump in on a innocent small odds movement and smash the price down for no real reason.
just like lemming jumping over a cliff one after another and the more the odds move the more that is bet, they think they are on to a good thing.

in your example they got it right but for everyone one of those there are several false gambles.
