Are we back to two dances across the board now? Or was that just for tonight. If it is then it'll be rumba for some and a ballroom for others I guess. Scott and Matt are the only two to have done the rumba right? So they'll be ballroom I guess. I'm hoping Kara & Artem will be doing the rumba, it's such a lovely dance.

The only ballrooms which she hasnt done are the VW and Quickstep but I think she is due a Latin...a VW would be lovely though.

I assumed we were back to all different dances, and then it'll be two dances each from next week.

Everyone's done even amounts of ballroom/latin...apart from Patsy, who's done more latin. So you'd expect her to be doing ballroom.

Scott's done three weeks of latin, so I'd imagine he'll have ballroom.

Well I'm guessing Kara will be due another ballroom this week. she's done 4 of each so far and aren't there more ballroom dances this year because there's no rock n roll (hopefully) and the charleston is classed as ballroom?

Isn't it classed as a Latin on Strictly - COLA did it as their Latin in the final last year along with the Foxtrot didn't they?

There's 14 styles so far this year, and everyone's performed 8 routines so far, so they've got 6 routines left before the final. If they're only dancing one routine this week, this would mean two routines next week and three in the semi-final (possibly?)...

I think the show classes charleston as latin and Argentine tango as ballroom, but really they're neither.

ETA: No you're totally right, it was in the semi's they did their rumba again. The Charleston must be classed as latin.

No, they did their Foxtrot and Charleston in the final - Rumba was their rechoreographed dance in the semis.

I thought they had 3 Latin and 3 ballroom left, I'm probably wrong but Scott has charlston, paso and cha cha then foxtrot, American smooth and argentine tango.

Kara still has rumba, jive, samba, ballroom tango, waltz, Viennese waltz and rock n roll (if it's being done). So maybe she'll be doing a latin this week so that when the two dances a week kicks in she'll have a latin and ballroom each week.

I think Pamela's doing the Charleston - she mentioned it on the Results Show after the Cirque de Soleil section.

Week 9 - 27th Nov - 2 dances
Week 10 - 4th Dec - 2 dances
Week 11 - 10th & 11th Dec - 2 dances (2 shows - 2nd one is the SF - so surely not 4 dances? )
Week 12 - 18th Dec (Final) - 2 repeat dances + Showdance

Maybe the repeated dances will be semi final night?:

1 dance next week (week 9), 2 week 10, 3 week 11 (inc 2 repeats) and 2 dances yet undone in the Final for a change

Well there's six still left, so it must be two dances starting this week. Yay!! I love it when it gets to two dances And there's time because it'll be the same as what we started with - 14 contestants - only this time it'll be 7 contestants doing two dances each.
