Fair enough, I'm the same as you. But Wager isn't a good vocalist nor performer. He's only been kept in by a cult following of people wanting to damage X Factor.

Firstly, I don't slate Wagner fans (or Wagner himself)
Secondly, get over yourself. No one needs X Factor to tell them who the next big talent is. I'll never get this superiority complex people develop from claiming "X FACTOR'S NOT REAL MUSIC!!!!11" as if they're the only people in the world who've come to this realisation.

I never said X Factor didn't produce "real" music.. i'm simply implying that people who take it that seriously must not subject themselves to other mediums in which you can access music thus making them non music fans.
admittedly I'm no fan of any of the music that has spawned from x factor but thats a different argument all together

For me Wagner winning the show would be the best thing. Then maybe next year we could get away from all the crap that the ex factor has become. The best series were by a mile two three and four as it was about singing.
For me listen to Joe saying that he did not and did not want to write music in sme music interview was one of the saddest things

But I don't think alot of people actually do take X Factor seriously. Admittedly you wouldn't know it from this forum at times, but it's a bit presumptuous and pretentious to say that not liking Wagner is synonymous for not being a real music fan.

its not about people not liking Wagner, if you don't like him that's fair enough but its the criticizing of other people for liking him saying that they're spoiling it for the "real" "talented" singers etc and acting as tho its a massive blow for music every time he goes through each week
