In my experience O2 On-Line have been unable to deliver to my work address. However the Courriers have dropped a card through the Letterbox to say they have attempted delivery. You then go to the courriers depot with some ID and collect your package.

Maybe if you telephone your order in? I sorted out my contract at my local o2 store, and was very happy with the customer services there. They didn't try to pressure me into spending more money, just gave me general advice.
With it being a contract, I'm pretty sure the website won't deliver to anywhere but your home address. |

if you call them, they might change it, ive never worked for o2 online but im good mates with the guys who are on the team in leeds, and im sure they can change the delivery address, this just means if the order hasnt gone out yet and the fone is still in the warehouse, then they will have to cancel the order and start afresh....not promising they will/can, but if you dont ring them, u wont know......
