Not expecting any replies to this really but if there's anyone else watching this, who is your favourite?

We're down to the final five now! I'll put them in spoilers just incase:



My favourite from the beginning has been and I'm sticking with them 100%. He's excellent and handles himself brilliantly.

Not sure who is my favourite but bloody hell - Anyway gone to bed - work tomorrow :sleep:

Without a doubt Panos is my favourite... the moment he appears on screen you just feel like smiling and grabbing him for a big hug ! He is just adorable !. I loved it a few weeks ago when Panos felt he could not contribute much to a task that week because he had had slept with the window open and now had a stiff neck !! LOLOL I fell down an attic stairs two years ago and smashed my knee to bits... and I didn't miss a day off work !!!!! Talk about "man flu" syndrome !!

I also like rough diamond Barry....even though he can be a tit by times LOLOL.

Duck face Michelle was damn lucky to survive tonight, but she is overall a strong contender to win... in all her previous tasks she has performed to a very high degree. Don't know what part of England she is originally from but her combination english/irish accent is the only thing about her that grates on me!

The rest of them are now largely forgettable.....its these three to me that stand out.... and as totally gorgeous as Panos is........... I still think it will be between Barry and Michelle for the win !

i was quite sad to see jamie go tbh

i like all the remaining contestants to a degree - i don't see panos winning it but i like him a lot

niamh is quite good usually and i agree witth the above poster, michelle was so lucky tonight to stay but she has been fantastic

barry has majorly grown on me the past few weeks, i used to despise him on it but he's very good with getting things recorded and working with cameras amongst other things

i like them all but i think panos will go soon

speaking of which in the preview for next week did anyone think it kinda showed who got fired?

i think it pretty much reveal did ?? i could be wrong though and hope i am

Panos is my fave too - Don't really like any of the others but don't hate them either, Michelle won't win as they can't have an English person winning 2 years in a row. I wouldn't say she's def fired next week, on the preview they always try to mislead you as to who it might be

Panos is tv gold! I'd say it's between Michelle and Barry, though poor old Barry's presentation skills need a little bit more work : / The Irish Apprentice is much more entertaining than the British version imo.

I like Barry. The way he can turn his hand to anything, his general attitude and his personality, I really think he will be in the final two.

Mind you, I thought Michelle was great up until she allowed herself to be sidelined this week: BAD mistake! Panos is great but he shot himself in the foot last week playing the old "I'm not Irish" card --- really think that put serious doubt in Bill's mind.

As an aside, Tonight with Vincent Brennan overran for about half an hour last night, so I only got 13 minutes of YF! Thank god for the TV3 website!

Jamie being fired AS WELL AS Ciara was a bit of a shock, but he really had to go. He did just about everything to sabotage the task because he didn't get on with Ciara, and even at one point told her "I didn't approve that!" Eh, Jamie, you weren't the PM! Your approval was not required...

Far too much negativity which, if he had approached the task differently, might have swung the task (doubtful though: it was pretty woeful), and not the first time he's been negative, so Bill decided he had had enough. The blame had to fall squarely on Ciara's shoulders (I didnt think to ring the cameraman!) but Jamie had to take his share of the blame.

will is hot but he rambles on too much and doesn't get to the point

I think that's the other Niamh, is it? Sort of short, with shortish dark hair?

I'd say blonde Niamh will end up winning - she seems to have her head screwed on and is a good salesperson.

Panos is definitely my favourite though! And he is good when he steps up! He was even able to manage Barry!

Out of them all, Niamh has the most potential. She has her head screwed on and is very assertive, decisive and good at presenting. Considering she is only 24, she will do well with a few more years experience behind her. On the task she lead it went very well. The other team was also led by someone of the same age and it went to pieces. Unless she royally screws up, I can't see her losing.

I like Barry and Panos in equal measure (if I had to choose I'd go Barry because I'm shallow ). Barry is better at doing the actual work (he shined when directing both ads) and not good at pitching/presenting, which is where you get the sales from and Panos talks a lot of sense but he also has a habit of wimping out on things and he has problems asserting himself and getting people to listen to and respect him.

Michelle is too inconsistent to win. Sometimes she does really well and other times she's just awful. Some of her facial expressions when she's getting feedback in the boardroom are

I really like Panos too, it's a good series and mostly I've agreed with the firings but Jamie was a bit of a surprise liked him too

Soooo glad Barry's gone, although I'm not a Michelle fan, I hated the way he treated her. I've worked with 1 or 2 Barry's in my time and he has been making my skin crawl from the beginning.

Love Panos but don't realistically think he can win. So I guess my vote goes to Niamh. She said last night that if she won and Bill told her to get on a plane and go somewhere, she would do it, no hesitation. Yes, she's young, but she's smart, likeable, funny, capable and definitely committed to winning. The only thing that counts against her is how forgettable she is and as the Apprentice appears to be more of a PR role than a real job (according to past winners in other countries anyway), then I would say Michelle or Panos probably have the edge on Niamh.

One of the girls will win. I'd say Michelle.

I think Niamh will win but just hope Panos makes the final. Obviously I want him to win but can't see it happening.

I've watched four episodes so far and Michelle and Niamh are the stand-outs for me right now. I like Panos too but he's not shone yet.

Yeah, he was quite quiet for the first few episodes.

I'd say it's between Niamh and Panos, with Niamh winning. Michelle is too inconsistent and Will is just useless. He had a whole day to organise some wine and a few tables and chairs and he nearly went into meltdown at the responsibility He might have the charisma to bullsh!t his way through the interview but I can't see him winning in a million years. There's four left. Is it two or three that makes it past the interview stage and is it the final after that?

Panos is very entertaining but he really should be on Big Brother not The Apprentice. I don't think he wants the job anyway just the tv exposure. Would you give up a good job in Google to work for any of Bill Cullen's struggling businesses for 1 year?

Niamh for the win for me.

Ah but Panos didn't quit his job he is on unpaid leave as was revealed in one of the boardroom meeting.

Update: I really like Ciara now too. She is the most articulate of the bunch, and I love how eloquently she stands up for herself in the boardroom.
