I've just got that blighter (my handset shows "Tone King" for the senders number but Float Mobile Agent shows the number too )

A Call to T-Mobile Customer Services and they say that there has been no charge made against my account (i literally called as soon as a read it though), and the handset has been with me all week so no-one could have ordered it and no tone or anything has arrived. The customer services rep said a note has been put on file for them to refer to if i am charged for it but stupidly i didn't get his name.

If I have been charged for this i will be rather pissed off as i think these services are the scum of the earth (why the f*** would i pay £3 for a clip of a song which i can buy in higher quality, with words and in full for 99p from iTunes or with two extra songs for £3 in Tescos.

It's a scam to make you call customer services at £1pm, just ignore.

You should report it to ICSTIS, as think they have to give a price for a premium rate number.
