Sorry... but no. Now that we have Thursday's rating (well, sort of), we can look at other past live episodes compared directly to the previous week episode (source - BARB) :
2003 - The Bill - 8.90m >> 10.41m (17% uplift)
2005 - The Bill - 6.05m >> 8.19m (35% uplift)
2010 - EastEnders - 10.41m >> 16.41m (58% uplift)
Unlike I think Cent (or C14E?) brilliant prediction for The X Factor Final Results show in comparison with American Idol I believe there isn't much baseline to use here. Or at least, I can't see a baseline.
Yesterday's overnight rating of ~10.2m (including HD), if it had the same uplift as EastEnders, could get 16.12m in the overnights, but I don't see that likely, really.
A lot depends on how much ITV hype it over the weekend.
