Yeah ITV doesn't have a Yorkshire & Lincolnshire region. Those figures are people living in those regions watching whatever ITV equivalent of regional news there is. Likewise for the other regions which ITV don't have.”

So is the ITV Yorkshire BARB region (which actually includes most of Lincolnshire) compared with the BBC Leeds and Hull programmes, which are separate Look Norths ?
