My iPod was stolen - what do I do?

Sorry for the odd thread title, but my iPod shuffle (previous model - old style with a wheel) was nicked, just wondering do I need to block it from making purchases on iTunes? As I guess it has some detail like that on it or does it even save information like that on it?

Don't want the thieving b@stards to be able to do anything like that.

An iPod shuffle being stolen shouldn't result in any major problems.

It wont have your password on it.

If you have purchased any songs from the iTunes Store and they are on the iPod shuffle, the thief could look at those files to find your email address.

It's far more likely though that they will just wipe the device and sell it on.

Thanks for the reply and putting my mind at rest. No purchased songs on the shuffle thankfully,
