I think it is Stacey's business when she's having to go without food because Gillian has refused to participate fully in most of her trials because of her apparent phobias, while moaning about how bad they are (how would she know when she's hardly let a bug near herself?).
Gillian appears to have forgotten that she called Michelle McManus a wimp because of her fish phobia, then proceeded to make her eat fish. What's that about not understanding about phobias, Gillian?
It is Stacey's business that Gillian is happy to hear the sound of her own voice moaning about her problems to all around, and to me, it came across that Stacey was suggesting possible solutions to these problems, which of course Gillian wasn't interested in, because her priority is the money and not breaking the contract.
She must be pretty annoyed that her ploy of not being released on medical grounds is not working!
