Fair enough, having personal experience of this kind of thing I can't argue with that. However, it seems odd to me that for somebody with such extreme attention-seeking behaviour in just about other area, she doesn't draw attention to the one thing practically guaranteed to gain her genuine sympathy, from the others in the camp and the viewers. I'm not saying she doesn't have this condition, or that she isn't in chronic pain - it's just my observation.
