She's constantly telling lies, and it's so blatant. She rewrites what actually happened in her own head, and then presents it as the truth. She probably believes it as well. It would be sad and pathetic if she wasn't such an obnoxious woman.
She will go on to write a book about how to successfully overcome extreme anxiety by sheer willpower, coupled with the daily ingestion of Gillian McKeith's "Living Food Energy Powder", then go on to release a perfume called "Phobia" which will have the subtle aroma of fresh bullshit.
