Do you have specific food nights?
Apart from the obvious Sunday roast that many have do any of you eat the same food on the same day of each week until you get bored?
For us, Thursday night is curry night. It used to be chippy night on a Friday but we got bored in the end. However curry i just don't get bored of. The rest of the week we just throw together what's in. Can't wait til tomorrow.

I remember when I was a kid my Mum would make the same on each day week after week. I used to get pretty bored with it tbh.

I'm not surprised. I couldn't do it all week. |

My curry night has been going on for over a year now and each week i look forward to it. The same 8 spicy poppadums to go with it too without fail.
I'm showing no signs of getting fed up with it anytime soon. |

Saturday is curry, beer and X Factor night!
if the first two work, it doesn't matter about the standard of the third one! |

Friday is always Chinese night. The rest of the week I tend to plan what to have in advance and can go a couple of weeks at a time with the same thing (eg Chicken Tues, fish Weds, Pizza Thurs) before getting bored and changing. Will never get fed up of Chinese night though.

I eat the finest Beluga Caviar, washed down with Kauffman Luxury Private Collection Vintage Vodka, if the day of the week has a "b" in it.

Mondays and Thursday is usually something quick and light to eat as we both go out to sport.
Try to alternate which nights we have pasta, curry, plain teas so not to get monotonous! Saturdays don't usually eat tea - down the pub instead!! Sunday night is often our takeaway night - hangover munchies due to Saturday!! |
