Samsung S6520 Mobile Phone
Hi All
I took out a £15 contract for 24 months which allows me 100 minutes and Unlimited Texts with o2. The problem is over the past 2 moths I have encoured extra charges. such as I was charged in October £21 something for Internet (which was my fault because when I went out of my house I forgot to switch the WIFI off) I was charged this month for accidentally using my 0560 number to call home (this is the BT Broadband number and is separate from 0116) - That number has been removed I also have been charged for the Internet (which I only use WIFI inside the home and switch it off when I go out - I have remembered this from previous moth) but I have still been charged and do not know why Plus Today my mum tried to ring me and she only got through to me once. I am unable to hear the ring (no I am not deaf and I have turned up the volume to the Max) plus when she has rung it is saying its diverting when there is NO divert on my phone Can anyone help with these problems |

The divert is your voicemail.
I'm not sure what you mean with your other queries. Are you saying that you shouldn't be charged for use outside your inclusive allowance? Or are you disputing that you made those calls and used that internet? |

No I have WIFI on my phone and I use that inside the house for checking my Email etc but switch it off/deactivate it when I don't use it.
I am getting charged for something because I NEVER use Internet on my phone outside of house only inside on WIFI |

To which question are you replying No?
Switching off wi-fi will only stop you connecting to wi-fi, it won't stop you connecting to the mobile data network. |

They give you 14 days to decide if you like the handset. So its too late to get a different handset. If you think its faulty they will arrange to have it repaired.
