Quick question; made some chicken stir fry yesterday evening, put half of it in a tupperware box in the fridge, don't really feel like having it tonight but will if it has to be eaten by this point.

Will it keep until tomorrow?

In a word yes. It might still be okay this time next week so no probs eating it tomorrow.

Personally I wouldn't risk more than 3 days

I'd keep it for three or four days, as long as it tastes ok. If not, just put some spices on it and nuke it for a minute or two longer. The worst that can happen is that you get the runs.

I cooked a curry on Sunday and finished the rest of it today. The most important thing is to heat it properly.

Not completely true. Heating it will only kill the bacteria, it won't get rid of the toxins they have released. I agree with Biffo the Bear, 3-4 days maximum, after that it will start to taste pretty digusting.

My OH got food poisoning from 4 day old chicken and believe me, it was more than just 'the runs'.

Since then I will only keep cooked chicken for 48 hours, and if I reheat it, I cook it to death.
