DS Least Favourite poll shows 53% would like to offer Ann the taxi fare to Newton Abbot. However the BBC phone vote is for retention not eviction, so the only poll that counts is:

http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/forums/s....php?t=1392180

At this moment Ann registers her lowest ever level of DS support. Even so on 4.3% she is ahead of Patsy on 4.1% -- Patsy who loves Strictly, tries, and is in imminent danger of eviction. Gavin, Pamela, and even Scott are also in danger, while Kara and Matt are too far ahead for shock eviction.

Terrym22 looks all set to vote for Ann 100 times at a cost of £15. To redress the balance, to stand up for dance, would you care to vote 10 times for Patsy at a cost of £1.50? The bookies are laughing at dance fans, pricing Ann at 7/1 to leave tomorrow.

If Patsy goes who can stop Ann?
On your dialing finger rests the outcome.
Thank you in advance for your support.

Your setting too much store by the poll on the DS I think.....Vote more by all means I probably will but I am not going to target a particular person (Patsy) who I dont normally vote for but will try to make sure my other choices are safe. I just have a feeling this might be Ann's first visit to the bottom 2 even if she doesnt actually leave.

Patsy deserves to stay more than Ann does, but her dancing is average at best. Her personality is starting to really grate on me, as she's very false.

Ann needs to climb over just 1 fallguy to reach safety for the 8th time -- Patsy is the weakest point in the defence wall.

If the alliance is divided Ann will win again. By all means vote for others as well.

I will be so annoyed if Patsy goes before Anne and Patsy will be to nice and gracious and say it was her turn to go, even though it isn't!

OK having thought about it I might do it (depending on the leaderboard) but if it means Patsy stays in and Gavin/ Scott/Pamela or Kara goes I wont be happy

Count me in. I don't know if my 10 votes will be enough, but I'd rather join in something like this and know I'd tried than do nothing at all.

Ok but, what do we do about the Ann voters who don't read DS and the Polls?

eg the kiddies who like watching the funny lady and man when they're having their tea and whose Mum says you can vote for them once if you've eaten up all your vegetables?

Offer the kiddies a sweet if they vote for Patsy.
Offer their mums chocolate eclairs.

At 12:10 Patsy has drawn level with Ann in the Favourite poll .

Bring on the phone poll which counts.

i don't think she's false at all, what you see is what you get. She probably is the weakest after Anne and Gavin but personally I'd rather see Pamela go.

Could someone pm me Patsy's number as I shall be out tomorrow night? Thanks in advance.

It goes without saying that I would much prefer Patsy to stay ahead of Ann. However at this stage all of the couples need our votes to stay even those at the top. I will therefore only be voting for Kara & Artem.

This is the difficulty with trying to vote someone off - in fact you need about 70 volunteers, all voting for 100 times each for a different person, to offset 1 idiot voting 100 times for someone!!!!!

Treating charleston and Argentine tango as ballroom,
below are past average marks for 7 candidates in latin then ballroom, as per
http://www.ianvictoria.co.uk/comedancing8.htm

27 Nov --- avg mark ------ LATIN – BALLROOM

AS ----------- Scott-Natalie --- 33 -- 34
Charleston – Pamela-James - 32 -- 34
AS ----------- Matt-Aliona ----- 35 -- 33
Argie tango - Patsy-Robin ---- 29 -- 26

Jive ----------- Kara-Artem ---- 34 - 34
Jive ----------- Gavin-Katya --- 24 – 28
Rumba ------- Ann-Anton ----- 14 -- 19

Most in need of support tomorrow are Patsy and Gavin, both playing to their weakness. If Ann survives her eighth elimination she will be a credible threat to anybody and everybody.

I'll be voting for Ann for the first time this weekend. So, I will have to split my 100 votes 75:25 for Wagner/Widdy.

Well, I heard that the kiddies were all voting for the circus man who did lots of handsprings, while his partner was shimmying in a bikini.

So no worries there.

Sure Millie, will be pleased to PM Patsy's voting number tomorrow when it is anounced. Apparently Strictly is also accessible via mobile:

I don't think any amount of polls or discussions will save Gavin or Patsy. They'll both be out before Anne. Rather hoping she see off Scott, but that has more to do with Natalie

This is what I think will be the leaderboard this weekend

Matt and Aliona 7 + 7 = 14
Pamela and James 6 + 3 = 9
Scott and Natalie 5 + 6 = 13

Kara and Artem 4 + 2 = 6
Patsy and Robin 3 + 1 = 4
Gavin and Katya 2 + 4 = 6

Ann and Anton 1 + 5 = 6

My information is that Kara, Patsy and Pamela are very tight in the public vote. And their placing in the public vote tends to go on who makes the better impact with their dance any given week. Hence why I think Pamel's Charleston and Kara's jive will pull more votes that an AT

Going by that Kara and Patsy in bottom two ”

One more push.
Yes we can.

If everyone votes twice for their favourite the once each for everyone but AW we may get somewhere. Sadly even if all the voters on DS do this it will not be enough.

We can't do anything about the voters who don't read DS or the polls.

But we can up our votes for the celeb most likely to be bottom of the leader board i.e. Patsy or Gavin. Gavin and all the other celebs have a decent following, so by voting more for Patsy we have a chance to get rid of Ann - assuming she will be at the bottom of the leader board.

I haven't voted yet for anyone, so I'm happy to vote for Patsy in the hope it will help get rid of Ann.
