Hey Guys!

couldn't see anyone else on the other threads speaking about this so was wondering if you could help me?

just recieved a nokia n8 and its a week old.. I have noticed that on a couple of occasions i have sent messages and they appear in the outbox and say 'deferred'. any idea how i can get rid of these without deleting the whole conversation?

Also. . . how do i delete apps... tried out 'fring' and its really irritating and can't get rid now!

thanks in advance

Menu button then settings then application manager. You should find all your apps in the installed apps section.

Sorry no idea about the messages question.

there has been a bug reported about the messages in the outbox. but i've only heard it referenced wrt to MMS.

one suggestion has been to use the pc software to delete specific messages.

Haven't sent or received any mms messages from from mine yet just texts, have to check tomorrow.

You can also easily delete apps from the main app menu by selecting Option > Organise and then just like the homescreens long press to delete move around etc!

to remove apps

two choices

1. click options on the icon and u should find remove.

2. applications manager.

Defered mms/sms means that it couldn't send it at that time . to resend or delete select options and you should find your appropiae answer.

ps fring is pretty good - well on a hardware qwerty kb it is
