Can anyone tell me how to turn off the voicemail service? I've looked in the manual but couldn't find how to do it. Does that mean it isn't possible?

Also, is there a way of using a tone we put on the phone ourselves, as a message alert? I can see how to use it as a ringtone but they're not showing up in the message alert lists.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I think normaly you phone the voicemail answerphone thingy and go into the settings to turn it off if you dont want it.

No idea about messages, havent tried it.
