Alesha on this morning: The criticism did not upset me.

Well news for Alesha: your being on Strictly upset me.

BBC please bring on a credible judge and if poss Arelene. Really missing Arlene and cannot watch with Alesha as a 'judge' she has no clue.

Wouldn't have employed Alesha myself, however she has pretty much cemented herself in the role now, so we have to give her credit where credit is due. Think about it if Arlene had of stayed scd would have had ofcom on their backs.

Alesha isn't to blame the bosses are for hiring her in the first place and her agent has certainly ensured that she stays on the panel. Mark Thompson doesn't have a clue and dosen't care about the audience, but cares more about the money instead. BBC are a business but they seem arrogant and give the customer contempt.

As a true fan of the show, reckon Alesha like Len is to blame for Anns prolonged stay in the competition. What I reckon is that Karen Hardy needs to be on the panel and the bosses should take note of it. They need to deliver on this without fail.

Would love it if Bruno and Len got their marching orders as they seem to be in the job for money rather than being commited to the job. We would like some fairness to the bbc please.

I am critical of Alesha as a judge on SCD - but I am glad that she was not upset no one deserves that - that said I think it is a bad move for her pop career and the show - as for it not beng her fault about being appointed I agree but I do think she needs to ask searching questions before signing to anything -the fact the BBC did not tell her about their plans for Arlene - well that damaged Alesha big style- yet she still works for them- I want Alesha ad Bruno replaced - but I fear that we are stuck with them

If only we were customers - customers have the option of withdrawing their patronage. We don't. That's why the BBC is so famous for their arrogance and, you're right, contempt for their er, "customers".

LOL

I think she's quite right not to let bitchiness affect her. It's what I'd do in that situation.

I notice you seem to attack people frequently for having a go at Aliona, then you do exactly the same about other posters and contestants. It is really annoying.

I don't have to give Alesha credit at all! I ADORED her as a contestant, but I have found her to be astoundingly arrogant about her role (am not talking about other stuff she does but just singularly this particular role) as a judge and how she was so dismissive of people's reactions to her last year. So I tune her out now, I'm afraid.

I don't though see how she or Len can be responsible for Ann staying in the show.

The viewers have kept her in by voting her in.

OR...and this is what I secretly have thought, that in order to keep her in to be "entertaining" and to bump up their ratings, they perhaps don't count her votes and have allowed her to stay in the show regardless, until a certain point ie. perhaps this weekend or next.

I did notice Bruce saying a while ago ".....Ann, who can never be voted out".

Who knows.

Either way, I don't like Alesha so much now, although I would not be nasty about her - rather, as I say, I prefer just to tune her out - but I don't think she can be blamed for that.”

Don't believe I am stalking, just saying what I believe in.

Of course the criticism upset her. I think she said as much in a few interviews last year.

I'm sure we're stuck with her for the minute. However, Alesha's marking is a bit of a joke now. She seems to award everyone an 8 just for turning up. Bruno is just as bad.

She seems to be doing well in a twitter poll at the moment.

It seems that looks can get you far in life. I think that's a sad reflection on society.

Of all of them Len is the one that needs retiring, but not if we were to get (Miss Me Me) Karen instead

At ths stage I'd give Karen the job of judging and bbc ought to have faith in her. She isn't as soft as people think, so we need a better balance of judges.

What is she on about, I read interviews saying she was crying over the comments she read after her judging debut. Why is she lying now?

Karen is busy in other commitments, I don't personally find her irritating. In actual fact I find her very articulate, particularly on itt. We should hold on to the fact Karen knows what she is doing and reckon she would be a good influence on Alesha.
