So a story about a man with two failed marriages, a kid he barely sees, and an abusive bully to a woman he harrassed when she tried to leave him is a good story and makes him a wonderful man? Why is he actually not allowed to see his child that's what I want to know, or managed to obtain custodial or visitation rights?

WTF world are we living in? Something is not right about this Wagner...

A very sad story. I hope he makes enough money out of this for him to be able to buy toys and see his son again.

Ok, the lousy singing I can forgive. The inability to keep time or hold a tune without handles on it is ok too. The total lack of charisma I can overlook.
But good GRIEF! According to that article he was a double-glazing salesman!!
Hang him! Hang him now!

As a tourist, however, Wagner was not allowed to work. The only *solution, says Trudi, was for the pair to marry. Three months after he arrived from Brazil, they tied the knot at Birmingham Register Office.
How romantic

I for one am looking forward to a film about his life.

If they are capable of finding any other people to accurately convey his majesty on the silver screen that is.
