She is a 50 Year old compeating with people between the ages of 17 and 27. And Wagner.
I'm not suprised to be honest, she dosen't deserve to go. |

Not based on performances anyway : she outsang and outperformed several of tonight's acts.

For me, she was the best tonight so I hope she doesn't go. If she does, that's it for the fiX Factor for me. Cher and Katie need to go. Rebecca was bad tonight as well.

I'm nervous for Mary she put in a great performance with the U2 song well up there with Matts 2nd performance. She realy doesn't deserve to go this week based on her performances.
Have been rooting for Mary & Matt from the start. At least shes got this exposure (they all have) and can use it to her advantage. I will be voting Mary as Matt is dead cert to go through to next week. Aside, I think people are warming to Katie? |

Wagner and Mary are the favourite ones to go for the double elimination, both shortening.
Katie and Cher are drifting, probably because the judges will save them against Mary or Wagner.

I think the worst Mary can do tomorrow is end up in the sing off : I would be amazed if she polled the least number of votes.
I'd be quite hopeful she will stay clear of the elimination zone, despite what the bookies seem to think. |

Not keen on Mary at all but she was certainly one of the best acts tonight.

Her fanbase has dried up as the Irish telephone system has gone bankrupt!

I would still put her above Katie and Wagner.
I thought her first song was very good actually and I haven't been her greatest fan over the series. I didn't like her second song at all though. |

She was better than Cher, Katie and Wagner - her first song wasn't bad, but she blew the second one badly.

Mary's been in the bottom 3 according to the bookies for weeks - yet she's never been in the bottom two yet.
Leon Jackson was a 9-1 outsider with the bookies - 3 hours before he won the final by 700,000 votes. He had topped the vote every week as well - and the bookies never rated him at all. |

And again- she definitely doesn't deserve to go out- she won't win- but she deserves her place in the semi final

I'd prefer to see Katie and Wagner go before Mary but I think her days are numbered. I'm sure she's a lovely lady and she can belt out the songs but for me she's a bit shouty and karaoke.
