My view on the best and the rest:

1) 1Direction
2) Matt
3) Cher
4) Mary
5) Rebecca
6) Wagner
7) Katie

Couple of things...I usually have Wagner at the bottom but Katie excelled herself at awfulness tonight...how she gets the comments she does and Wagner gets his comments is beyond me.

Oh and we got the real Katie tonight and she sang a song that meant something to her---never heard that before !!!

Rebecca is starting to dangerously bore me. She can sing buts its still Billie Holiday interpretations and she is just BORING !!!

Matt was great with the Moody Blues song...seriously good but thought 1D were the best averaged out over two songs ---even Zain overcame his nerves to put on a good show.

Cher owned the stage on her pieces and was seriously good as well...this may be harsh but they just need to be careful...she looked good in the first song but theres a skanky look with ioose fitting clothes on her skinny frame that makes her look a bit like a homeless person...or a chav...they should ditch that. She has got better and better as she refines her act though and she can sing.

Matt - enjoyed both performances actually but that second one was DIVINE !

Rebecca - still wish she'd put just a bit more 'oomph' into her performances but there's no denying her talent.

One Direction - wish they'd have harmonized a bit on their second song but overall, good job.

Mary - Her first performance nabs her my #4 slot. The second one was 'meh'.

Katie - she's been moving up my list a lot lately.

Cher - Didn't care for her at all tonite and normally she's in my Top 4. Judges seriously overpraised her, imo.

Wagner - Any performer who sings "Creep" and leaves out the 'She runs, runs, runnnnnnssss' part gets a FAIL in my book. Sorry Vags.

1 Rebecca - Didn't like the first song but the second one was performance of the night for me.

2. One Direction - liked the 2nd song best. Have loved Harry's vocals since the first audition and for once he sang most of the song.

3. Matt - Knights in White Satin - didn't like the first song

4 Katie - Everybody Hurts

5 Cher - Didn't like either songs particularly. Thought the judges overhyped her performances tonight.

6. Mary - First song was better. She murdered Brass In Pocket

7. Wagner - First song was good (for him) and very appropriate. 2nd song dire

I'm in the minority but I loved this show. Way better than last week huge train wrecks. So maybe my expectations were extremely low lol. I liked most of them in at least one song.

1)Matt (the last song was on the money)
2)Cher (The girl is a pro. She is so small but doesn't let the production drown her. On fire.)
3)Mary (The first song was one of the best performances in this season imo.)
4)Katie (The first song was so perfect and genius for her. She nailed it imo.)

Bottom 3
5)Wagner (Wagner stepped it up a level. Creep was really good. He is growing on me.)
6)1D (hmmm...Summer fo 69 was no good imo. But the second song Harry brought it. It was extremely beautiful with no backing track but it could be forgettable.
7)Rebecca (Both performances were very poor or just okay. She didn't try to step it up. I was expecting more for satisfaction.)

If it was up to me though the bottom 2 would be Mary and Matt since they are not my cup of tea.
