I still think her acts are treated unfairly btw!

But the reason I loved Dannii was because she was so uncontroversial and just simply did her job. Now she's getting involved in the madness.

I would imagine that it's not honesty that is being admired... it's the Dannii bashing.

I don't watch anymore, but I agree that the week Aiden went at least Dannii seemed a little different. I was pleased that she was being so brutally honest though - the others just speak in cliches.

I like her but I did think she was a little rude tonight. That being said Simon needs to stop being a billy to Louis too.

Cheryl's not evil or cruel. She's just a moany cow.
Wagner can handle himself.”

Being vindictive doesn't mean you are evil or cruel though, she was out for revenge for what he "said" to the journalist - she done this by attempting to show him up on live TV. Unfortunately for her it backfired.

I know Wagner can handle himself - the man is a legend!

She knows she's getting fired.

Why does everyone assume Dannii isn't going to be back next year? Is there any specific reason?

I reckon they're both leaving after this series.

That was last week, the OP was reffering to tonight's show.

I think she will be back. If she isn't i think it'll be on her own accord.

I thought Dannii was unfairly rude to Wagner tonight after the 2nd song
To be fair on the 1st she did say it was the best that he had sang (I agree).

Dan Wootton also tweeted: "Dannii's very harsh on Rebecca in my interview in the News of the World tomorrow. #xfactor"
Wonder what that's all about?

Maybe Dannii doesn't think Rebecca's the best thing since sliced bread like Simon seems to...

Danni often tells Rebecca she's a great singer but she needs to move about or perform rather than just stand there. I agree with her.

Danni is about the only one who actually gives an honest critique of the performance rather than just saying it was great but I did think what she said to Wagner was a bit unnecessary. We get that none of the judges (except Louis) like Wagner but they're starting to get quite personal now, their job is to judge the performance not have digs at the performer.

If they think Wagner is so terrible why did they put him through to bootcamp and then through to the judges house? My guess is they put him through as the "joke" act that would be voted out after a couple of weeks, but it's come back and bitten them on the backside.

Danni's comments are very cruel - like nasty little jibes.

Simon is all out rude to someone, but the way she does it - it feels a lot worse and a lot nastier.

Wagner should hold a lighter under her face till all the plastic melts off.

Or maybe.. Just maybe... Wagner should learn to sing.

It would be just a little hypocritical of Dannii to criticise Rebecca for just standing still, when Stacey last year did exactly the same thing!

I want to like Danni and I do try.

There is something about her snidey remarks that I just don't like. It's not what she says, but the smug satisfaction that goes alongside it.

She did it on Danyl last year, says something she thinks is clever, grins and then backtracks like a hamster in a wheel when she's not applauded for it.

It happened again with Wagner last night, even looking around shocked at Cheryl for support as if we all heard and saw something totally different to what I am sure my telly showed me.

Like she really meant the subtext of the lyrics were what Wagner related to, as the fans are trying to make out.

And as for Louis, loving that he's spent how many years watching how many bad covers of a great record thinking it's about "I'm a winner". Bless!

Huh. Can't say I remember that happening last year.

Yeah I remember. The press had reported that Danyl was in fact bisexual and he sung a song that was originally written from a woman to a man, but Danyl switched the lyrics so that it was a man to a woman.

Danni made some awful gag about if the papers were to be believed there was no need to switch the lyrics around and it fell totally flat.
