Practically every criticism of the show that is mentioned on here gets addressed on either the main show or the Xtra show.

For example, We said Cheryl looked orange, Simon said you are looking less orange,

Does anyone else agree?

etc etc.

Now for my little experiment:

I want to address Simon's nervous ticks.

First nervous tick: drinking the glass of water. Any time anyone asks him a question, up it goes, water to the lips. Any time he wants to hide, there it is, glass up. Could you stop it please Si? It's getting quite distracting.

Second nervous tick, if I had to sit next to my boss and he kept his arm on my chair and his hand practically on my *arm* I would throw up. Just to make Cheryl feel a bit better about herself pet, could you stop it with the arm and the hand and the rubbing on the chair!? oy vay!

That is all. Thank you for reading.

There were also threads including one I started about Cheryl saluting and they mucked about with it this week.

I'd love Simon to put his arm over my chair. I know he's an arrogant, manipulative git but he's just far too sexy.

I know! That sort of thing doesn't end up in the papers does it, so I bet they all sit around reading a bit online after they've all sat around watching Harry Hill

Definitely!

I bet he thrives on the negative coments about him.

Also noticed how he sticks up for Dannii after being accused of ganging up on her on here

The arm on the chair really annoys me, looks like he's trying to rub her back.

Simon... in the spirit of Christmas, peace on earth, goodwill to all men, any chance of you getting Steve Brookstein on to sing his new single?

Most of the complaints on here arent unique, things like Cheryl's salute and Cheryl being orange were all over Twitter and Facebook.

That's true, Simon certainly doesn't sit in front of Digitalspy. However, the press sometimes quotes posts from here, so I'm pretty sure at least someone from the X Factor team is also reading the forums to be prepared if/when something gets picked up by the press.

I mean it's not rocket science, if you look for a place with opinions on X Factor, Digitalspy is one of the first sources that comes up in Google.

Simon, why do you flare your nostrils in photos taken of you recently? It looks like a show of contempt.

I have noticed wht the OP said.

I have also noticed that several comments I and others have made about various contestants and their vocals have been very closely paraphrased, sometimes to the point of introducing never-before-heard (on the show) terms and descriptives.

It's okay, Simon- you're welcome, and we understand ... you had to get input from people with an actual clue about singing from somewhere, after all

Hi Simon. I used to like you, no, I used to love you. But this year, I find your fawning over the spawn of Satan (i.e. Cheryl Cole) so completely nauseating that I am finding it difficult to like you. Also, your constant bitching at Louis is becoming tiresome. It may well be "panto bitching" but it's quite uncomfortable and boring to watch now.

I also get the impression that you don't quite rate the person who is by far the best and most honest and deserving judge on the show - La Minogue. I would love nothing more than to see the seating arrangements reversed for the remainder of the show, prove to us that you rate the other judges as much as you do Cheryl, because frankly, you appear to have created a very clear and obvious divide among your panel.

Oh, and it would also be nice to see you giving Mary a genuine compliment when she deserves it.

If I think of anything else, I will be sure to post it.

doubt it i know Digital Spy was quite a big deal for Big Brother i mean even the producer of Big Brother comes onto this forum and reads but the X-Factor? i think they all judge on twitter and facebook definetely not Digital Spy.

With the above being said though, this year we got interviews with the final 16 so maybe they do?
