New Odds - Wagner Now Comfortably Ahead Of Cher
These are current SportingIndex spreadbetting odds. Usually more reliable than normal bookmakers.
The number is a representation of each contestants predicted place. With the winner getting 50pts, 2nd 30pts, 3rd 20pts, 4th 10pts, all others 0pts. I.e. Matt is clear favourite to win. Wagner and Cher were even before tonight's show but now Wagner has pulled a clear lead. Matt Cardle 37-40 One Direction 26-29 Rebecca Ferguson 19-22 Wagner Fiuza-Carrilho 8-11 Cher Lloyd 6-8 Mary Byrne 3-5 Katie Waissel 3-5 Don't be complacent though, the XF is notoriously difficult to predict. Wagner needs your votes, see my profile for the all important number! |

![]() There are people on social network sites and forums voting hard to keep him in. Many people want to give Simon the finger this year. |

If you like Wagner vote for him - but don't vote for him to spite Mary, Matt, 1 Direction, Rebecca Cher and Katie. They are the only losers from him winning. Even if Wagner wins the show will be back next year with more willing victims - its ITV's biggest show of the year and they would never drop it voluntarily. |

If I'd bet on him, I'd probably chuck him a couple of votes to get him to the final.

He said it wont make any difference to him if Wagner wins. He also went on to say that it will just take it away from the contestants who have genuine talent. In other words money will roll in for Simon no matter who wins but for the other contestants who could go on to sell multiple CD's and perform in concerts all over the world they are the ones who are going to miss out. I think thats a real shame. |

Of course he's bothered! He's launching XF in the US and wont want Wagner winning and being the example to carry forward when he's trying to compete against American Idol which does tend to favour talented acts. They already have America's Got Talent so he wont want XFUS lumped in with that. As I said above only Matt has a medicom of talent on the show, none of the others stand out above Wagner...so dont deserve to be there any more than him. And dont FORGET...it was Cowell and Louis that put him in the show, dont think Cowell is innocent in all this. Boy, has the joke backfired on him though. |

Cher was below him last week, and she hardly set the place alight this week. so I think she will almost certainly be in trouble again.

No need to get all pious - most of the others dont deserve to be there ahead of him anyway. Only Matt is the stand out talent - the rest are all wannabes, even Rebecca is boring and never moves, not entertaining in the slightest. Cher is smug and arrogant, 1D are so artificial its untrue and dont even start about Katie...

Simon was complimentary to Wagner this week again - hmmmm. He said Creep was "for him - very good" and "embrace the madness" for Addicted to Love. Creep was very good and his best performance - ATL wasnt bad either - he sounded in tune to me!
